Age Defying Results of Resveratrol Ultra and Dermapril
There are many products in the form of creams, sprays, and pills that are suppose to create a younger look, diminish wrinkles, and make skin more supple. Lately, there is a growing number of people and even shown on CNN, NBC, and Oprah, that the products of Resveratrol Ultra (RezV) and Dermapril, are the new “dynamic duo” in the anti-aging revolution (Brown). The pill form of RezV taken for 14 days and used with the Dermapril cream are supposed to be miracles that will take 20 years off a person’s facial features. How does it work? Seems like a viable and expected question, but not one that is answered very straightforwardly.
RezV is actually an antioxidant that is found in red wine naturally. By pulling this antioxidant out of the wine and combining it with pomegranate and acai berries, it is supposed to be a great anti-aging product. There has been ample studies conducted by several prominent universities, but none of the studies focused on the anti-aging effects directly. The finding were found indirectly from the studies, but is the hook that is helping sell the product. The other problem is that it is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration which means that while it is allowed to be sold, the side effects and any problems with the use of the product have not been researched or explained in any way.
The second part of the “perfect pair” is Dermapril (Brown). This product at least has been studied for the intended use of anti-aging results by at least three separate studies. This product does what it is suppose to do, and that is restore the youthful look and diminish lines caused by age and other environmental factors.
The best thing that can be done for these two products, that are suppose to work so well together, is to conduct clinical research and verify that the products work in complement with one another, instead of just relying on the testimonials of a few people. The data from real research and a Food and Drug Administration approval would help to made the assumptions that are now floating around, hard fact and many more people would be willing to try the products and get the results that are given on their websites. By relying only on testimonials and research conducted for other reasons, or separately can make the consumer leery of the product. Therefore, the empirical clinical study of the products is need to gain consumer trust and sell more product.
